Format
This is a Microsoft Excel 2007 spreadsheet template.
Description
This form is used to record the results of an agile inspection. The spreadsheet contains four tabs:
| • | Plan |
| • | Entry Conditions |
| • | Defect Log |
| • | Summarize |
Use the Plan to record initial information about the inspection. Use the Entry Conditions tab to identify the preconditions and rules applicable to the inspection. Use the Defect Log to record the defects identified during the inspection. Use the Summarize tab to record the effort expended on the inspection and calculate the estimated number of defects to decide if the deliverable should be reworked.
Installation
