Rules
Input Documents
| • | Defect Report |
Entry Conditions
| • | A defect report in Pending Verification status. |
| • | The report has been assigned to a tester. |
Procedure
| 1. | Open the defect report that is in the Fixed. |
| 2. | Replay the steps that reproduced the defect. |
| 3. | If the defect has been fixed, set the state of the defect report to Closed. |
| 4. | If the defect has not been fixed, set the state of the defect report to Reopened and add information to the Notes. |
| 5. | Close the defect report,. |
Exit Condition
| • | Resolution has been verified and is in Closed status, or |
| • | Defect is in Reopened status. |
Output Documents
| • | Defect Report in Closed or Reopened status. |
