| • | A defect report in Closed or Fixed status |
| • | The defect has been observed |
Procedure
| 1. | Open the defect report. |
| 2. | Update the notes with observations of the problem. |
| 3. | Include new screen prints as appropriate. |
| 4. | Set the State to Reopened. |
Exit Condition
| • | Defect report is in Reopen status. |
