Waysys Releases Version 3.07 of GFIT

Waysys LLC has released version 3.07 of GFIT, an automated test tool for testing Guidewire Software products. GFIT supports the Framework for Integrated Test. It allows writing FIT fixtures in Gosu, the language used to customized Guidewire products. Testing with GFIT offers these advantages:

•	GFIT tests are less likely to require updating as the application evolves compared to tests through the user interface. The user interface is likely to be the aspect of the application that changes the most during development.

•	GFIT tests are easier to debug than test scripts operating through the user interface. Developers can use the Studio debugger to investigate why tests fail.

•	GFIT tests execute much faster than automated tests executed through the user interface.

•	GFIT leverages the power of GOSU to interact with Guidewire applications.

•	No per user license fees. GFIT can be used throughout the company with as many testers and developers as needed.

Version 3.07 provides several enhancements to Version 2.

•	support for PolicyCenter 4.0

•	enhance support for ClaimCenter 6.0

•	ability to execute tests outside of Studio as well as with Studio

•	ability to add exclusions to submissions
